Franklin Fruitmeir is a clown-like character who was a suspect in the first episode of the series. He owns a popular stand in Crystal Cove that sells Fruitmeir's dessert, a gelatin-like substance. In Battle Of The Humungonauts, his business was destroyed by a Humungonaut. He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
