—Alice May to Daphne Blake[src] |
Alice May, also known as Alice Carlswell, is a character on Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated. She first appears in the sixth episode of the first season and is voiced by Hynden Walch.
History[]
Original Timeline
Alice May is paid by Mr. E to dress up as the Ghost Girl and attend Crystal Cove High School, to plant a yearbook for the gang to find. Fred helps Alice open her locker, and gives her a model of the school to help her find her way around. She attends an assembly with Fred, where Sheriff Bronson Stone asks the students not to get into any limos on prom night, due to the Ghost Girl kidnappings. That night, Daphne follows Alice into the locker room, not knowing who it was. Alice says she was using the showers since the water at her house hasn't turned on, and Daphne leaves. Daphne then sees her go into a basement, suspecting her to be the Ghost Girl. Fred and Alice decide to go to prom together, due to his liking in her. Alice goes to pick up Fred for prom, but he goes with Daphne instead. The Ghost Girl chases the gang at prom and later traps her. Alice tells the gang her fake backstory, being that she is Deacon Carlswell's daughter and she was looking for revenge on the gang for imprisoning her father. After Alice is taken away by the police, they notice her backpack wasn't taken, and they find what Mr. E wanted. She is broken out of jail by Ed Machine, one of Mr. E's henchmen. She confirms everything went according to plan and asks why it was such an elaborate plan. Ed tells her she was paid for a job and hasn't earned an explanation, before she drives away in a limousine. ("The Legend of Alice May")

One day, Krampus attacks the prison and kidnaps Mary Anne Gleardan. ("Wrath of the Krampus")
Trivia[]
- In "The Legend of Alice May", Hynden Walch is only credited as Alice May, and not for the Ghost Girl.
- It is likely that her name is not really "Alice May".
- Alice is the only known character whose hair color changes, depending on the lighting.
- Her look is very reminiscent of Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker/Spider-Man's ex-girlfriend.
- According to Fred, Alice's hair smells like peaches. ("The Legend of Alice May")
